The Group owns over 120,000 sq feet of commercial space in Noida through Group Co. Niryat-Sam Apparels (I) Ltd.

In addition, the group has properties in various parts of India such as Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon and New Delhi.

It has further plans to expand through its own and through Joint Ventures in the future.
